Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Fire Restoration in a Large School

Restoring a building after a fire can take many days. There are a lot of steps throughout the process to clean and deodorize after fire and smoke damage.

The first step is to remove any of the items that cannot be salvaged such as ceiling tiles as seen in the second picture. Ceiling tiles hold in the smell because they're porous.

Then drying material must be in place to dry out any wet materials which resulted from fire sprinklers or firefighters.

Finally the cleanup of the smoke and soot covered building materials can start. Everything will be cleaned from top to bottom. The cleaning will remove soot and odors throughout the school.
